Current Rates:
Minimum Rate Water: $28.00 (3000 Gallons)
Usage Charge: $2.50/1000 gallons after 3000 gallons
Assn Fee: $6.00
Services (includes garbage and sewer): $90.00
Late Fee: $15.00 after 1st month / $30 after 2nd month

You will still receive your water bill each month, but you do not have to send payment. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on or around the 1st of every month. Sign-up form link below.
